How to prepare for your first Bold class
New to working out or setting up a space to move? The first time trying anything new can be intimidating, which is why we want to make getting started with Bold as easy as possible.
Bold brings exercise to you by delivering classes to you online! By eliminating the need to travel to a gym, community center or fitness studio, Bold saves you time and frustration (no unanticipated traffic or overcrowded rooms!).
Here are 5 things to prepare for your first class:
- Identify a space that is quiet with somewhere to prop up your device. Members have found that the living room, bedroom and office all work well, since the device can be easily propped up on a table or the bed.
- Find a chair with a back and position it in front of the device. A chair is the only piece of equipment Bold requires.
- Put on clothing that you are comfortable moving around in and lace up your sneakers. Make sure you have water nearby!
- Visit agebold.com from a computer, smartphone or tablet and create or sign in to your account.
- After answering a few questions about your current fitness level and objectives, we recommend that you take our three 1-minute tests to figure out where you’re starting. Less than five minutes later, you’re ready for your first class.
Ready to jump in? Assess Your strength, mobility, and balance with these simple 1-minute tests.
