<p>Bold is seeking a Clinical Manager to own our clinical roadmap and clinical programming, as well as lead on analyzing and publishing clinical outcomes. This is a full time role based in LA reporting to the Content team.</p>
<h2><strong>Key Outcomes</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Own clinical roadmap </strong>by identifying & prioritizing clinical indications for focus.</li>
<li><strong>Own end-to-end clinical programming </strong>including defining fitness & education protocols, designing program structure and identifying clinical outcomes to capture.</li>
<li><strong>Produce clinical content </strong>including writing blog posts and contributing to Bold Talks.</li>
<li><strong>Provide clinical expertise</strong> in both external sales conversations and internal forums, supporting product decisions, marketing communications and member queries.</li>
<li><strong>Lead analyzing, interpreting & publishing clinical outcomes, </strong>converting our quantitative data into white papers and published research.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Qualified PT with 5+ years experience in-clinic.</li>
<li>Expertise in literature review and understanding of clinical research. </li>
<li>Experience in writing and publishing white papers and/or published research.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and data analysis skills, including facility with statistical analysis and methodology.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, manage projects and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>2+ years experience in health tech and/or telehealth.</li>
<li>Experience working with older adults, including a strong understanding of the unique clinical needs of older adults.</li>

<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> </p>
<p>We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn between <strong>$100-130k annually.</strong> The exact salary will depend on the amount of relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role. You will also receive meaningful equity in the form of a stock option grant.</p>
